Faisal Saleem is a results-driven IT leader with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as the IT Manager for Action Energy Company (AEC). In this role, he is responsible for the strategic direction of IT across the organization, overseeing planning, execution, and resource management to deliver technology projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Prior to joining Action Group, Mr. Saleem dedicated 18 years to the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Science (KFAS), where he advanced through key IT leadership positions. His tenure there was marked by his successful oversight of the entire lifecycle of IT projects, as well as his lead role in designing and implementing robust IT infrastructures. He was instrumental in maintaining ISO 20000 and 27000 compliance, ensuring high levels of service satisfaction and optimal resource utilization. Furthermore, he provided expert technical and functional consultancy for ERP systems and numerous ancillary applications.
Faisal Saleem holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Hamdard University, Pakistan. He maintains PMP and ITIL certifications, demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence and adherence to industry best practices.
