• Founded in 2015, AEC was previously known as Action for Drilling and Maintenance of Oil Wells – Rawaf Ibrahim Hamoud Bourisli and Partners W.L.L.
  • In 2015, the Company was awarded its first Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) contract for two 1,500 HP rigs, marking its entry into Kuwait’s drilling market.
  • On 30 June 2022, the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Company passed the resolution to change the name, legal form, and activities of the Company to become Action Energy Co with the vision to lead Kuwait’s oilfield services sector.
  • Since its inception, AEC has grown into a leading provider of onshore drilling services in Kuwait, operating twenty rigs as of 31 December 2025.
