Mr. Waleed Khaled Mandani is a highly accomplished banking and investment executive with over 30 years of extensive experience spanning treasury, investments, retail banking, private banking, and wealth management across leading regional and international financial institutions.

He most recently served as Acting Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Bank (2023–2025), following his role as Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Retail & Investments (2021–2023), where he played a key role in strengthening the Bank’s strategic positioning and driving sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Gulf Bank, Mr. Mandani held several senior leadership positions, including Group Chief of Retail and Private Banking at Kuwait Finance House and Chief Executive Officer – Wealth Management at BNP Paribas (Kuwait). He also held key roles at Ahli United Bank and National Investments Company, further broadening his expertise across diverse banking and investment platforms.

He currently serves as a Board Member of ACICO Industries and KNET, where he also chairs the Audit Committees, reflecting his strong expertise in corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory oversight.

Mr. Mandani holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and has completed executive education programs at Cornell University and Harvard Business School, with a focus on leadership, strategy, and organizational transformation.
