Wafaa Al Shatti

Mrs. Wafa Al Shatti has been serving as the Head of Human Resources at AEC since 18th March 2019, where is she the key member behind the development, and implementation, of policies and procedures for accomplishing human resources goals and objectives.

She is a professional certified trainer with 10+ years of extensive training and development experience in areas of hard skills such as HR and Administration Executive Management, as well as in soft skills areas such as business etiquette, and other interpersonal skills and is also a certified trainer for Kuwait National Assembly

She is also a volunteer and managing member in many Non-profit Organizations.
