Action Energy Company K.S.C.C. (AEC) is a subsidiary of Action Real Estate Company (that is ultimately owned by Action Group Holding Company) AEC offers drilling and oilfield services in Kuwait.

AEC is seeking strategic investors as part of diversifying its shareholder base and increasing its capital to fund the purchase of 6 additional rigs, 2 large yards to support operations, and expand its oil services operations in Kuwait and within the GCC.

Existing rigs portfolio consists of four total rigs: two 3,000 HP rigs and two 1,500 HP rigs. The Company is in the process of acquiring six additional 750 HP rigs for the newly awarded drilling contract by KOC. The Company has equipment with total capacity of 13,500 HP.

Pre-qualifications with KOC (directly and/or through partners) for all drilling services, directional drilling, coil tubing, cementing, and mud engineering services. Furthermore, the Company is awaiting final approval for adding wireline, slick line, testing, well intervention, and gyro services.

Successful sale of rights to contracts for its cementing services, coiled tubing, and mud engineering to National Energy Services Reunited (NESR) with continuing interest in the contracts upon renewals.

Strong partnerships with leading global oil and gas key players such as KCA Deutag, Sun Drilling, NaftoServ Energy Services that have extensive experience in upstream and downstream services.
