Mr Vikas Arora is a senior finance professional and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience across varied businesses and geographies.
He served as Group CFO for Action group of companies.
Having completed his chartered accountancy at the age of 23, he ventured into starting his own consulting, and was instrumental in helping his clients in their strategy, finance and tax matters, and gradually expanded into GCC region.
Mr Arora has been working in GCC for past 20 years, as Group CFO/head of corporate finance and board advisor for multi-national companies, including Action group of companies, Alshaya group, and his well-diversified experience includes raising investor capital for growth, managing multi-billion$ capital/debt portfolio, helping businesses achieve successful exits, IPO, strategy, corporate and family governance matters, structuring, international tax etc.
He also continues to strategically invest into businesses in India, GCC, US, in varied sectors including tech, health care and real estate.
Mr Arora has completed his chartered accountancy from India, Entrepreneurship program from Oxford University London, and Corporate Governance program from Wharton Business School. He is a regular contributor of articles to business magazines and publications, and was awarded Alternative Investments CFO of the year award 2019 as part of Global CFO excellence awards.
