With over 18 years of experience across the Middle East and India, Jainuddin brings deep expertise in financial leadership within the oil & gas sector. He joined the Company in 2017 and currently serves as General Manager – Finance. Earlier in his career, he held key roles at Ernst & Young, Landmark Group, and Hadi Hospital.
His expertise spans audit, IFRS reporting, budgeting, treasury, and corporate finance, with a focus on capital raising, banking relations, and value-driven strategy—covering capital structure, liquidity, and ROI optimization. As a member of the executive leadership team, he leads strategic financial planning. He works closely with boards and senior management to align governance and performance with strategic objectives, translating plans into sustainable cash flow and strong returns on capital.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and is a Chartered Accountant (India). Additionally, he has earned a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from ACCA and a Certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School.
